Then suddenly in 1958 Presley was called up in the U.S Army

Yet once Presley came out of the army from 1960 onwards he was to spend the rest of his film career in Comedy musicals [apart from the great " Flaming Star" and the Peyton Place style melodrama " Wild in the Country"
