To find any material on The Shangrila's is extremely difficult as so little does exist except on this DVD.

Some of the songs are filmed in poor quality but most of it is good.

The Shangrila's created an amazing sound in the 1960's helped by the fantastic soulful voice of their lead singer the amazing and sexy Mary Weiss.Joined on great harmonies by sisters Marg & Mary Ganser and then in 1965 the sister of Mary Weiss,Betty joined them as well so that had the vocals of two sets of sisters.

24 great performances,mostly 1960's and also towards the end of the DVD some interviews and performances by Mary Weiss in the 21st Century.
